Terms, Conditions & Misc. Fees
#1 Headshot only special does not include full-body shots. Total session time is 30 minutes maximum (15 mins. shoot time; 15 mins. client picture selection consultation). Studio located in Manhattan, NY. Basic black & white backgrounds available. Chosen frames (8) will be edited & retouched as necessary. Electronic delivery within within 12 hours. All clients will be required to sign a photo/model release contract prior to shooting, no exceptions.
Appointments are subject to availability.
#2 Two hour minimum for event photography. All packages include unlimited, unedited photos, with a minimum of 40 edited photos per hour; maximum of 50 per hour. Edited shots selected at photographers discretion. 'Clients Choice consultation' is available for an additional charge. Editing includes light/color/ tone/ sharpness/clarity correction & cropping. Retouching is NOT included. A refundable 25% deposit, is due upon booking. Deposit is refundable up to 7 business days prior to shooting. Shoot locations outside a 20-mile radius from zip code 10304 will incur a mileage fee of $.85, per mile. All clients will be required to sign a photo release contract prior to shooting, no exceptions. Prices are subject to increase/decrease based on season &/or demand.
#3 One hour minimum for all photography styles under misc. category. Portraits include basic editing /necessary retouching & unlimited outfit changes; time permitting. All styles mentioned include 15 edited photos. Client has the option to choose which 10 photos will be edited. See 'Additional Services' for rate. A refundable 25% deposit, is due upon booking. #4 All photo & video drone packages include a maximum fly time of 30 minutes. Photo packages include 10 edited shots. Drone videos will include 15-20 minutes worth of raw footage, with clips of various angles. One-hour minimum for DSLR Camera video coverage. If no preference is given, photo/video angles will be shot at the operators discretion. Basic editing (light/ color/ clarity correction) included with drone photo packages as necessary. Video editing is not included with drone or camera packages; see additional rate. Custom packages available. Rates are subject to increase/decrease based on season &/or demand.
#5 Additional shoot locations over 10 miles away from the previous location will incur a mileage fee of
$0.75, per mile. Client Choice consultation is a personal, one-on-one session where clients choose their edited photos. Editing & retouching pricing also applies to client submitted photos.
Pricing is on a 'per service' basis & are subject to change.
